Between Strategies · Wyndi Moore

Where transformation lives.

We design the conditions for people to find each other — building networks where trust, agency, and collective action become possible.

The Between

The real work lives in the space between.

Between extraction and regeneration there is a liminal space — not a destination, but a direction. It’s where people stop waiting to be fixed and start finding each other.

Between Strategies works in that space. We don’t arrive with answers. We design the conditions — the relationships, the conversations, the structures — that let communities and organizations move on their own terms.

“The work isn’t about fixing communities. It’s about building the space where communities can move.”

Work Together

Invitations, not transactions.

Every engagement starts with relationship. These are the ways we most often walk alongside networks, communities, and the organizations that serve them.

  • Relationship & network mapping
  • Bridging across sectors and silos

  • Business of the Network sessions
  • Community listening & sense-making

About the Founder

Wyndi Moore

Transformation Architect · Network Weaver · Community Healer

Wyndi founded Between Strategies on a simple conviction: communities already hold what they need to move. What’s often missing are the conditions — the trust, the connective tissue, the room to imagine together.

Her work lives at the intersection of network weaving, facilitation, and systems design, rooted in place and in lived experience. Whether she’s convening neighbors in Ward 8 or guiding an organization through transition, the relationship always comes before the work.

Grounded & Warm

Direct, caring, honest about complexity.

Expansive & Precise

Big vision, named clearly.

Relational

The relationship precedes the work.

We design the conditions for people to find each other.

How It Begins

The relationship precedes the work.

No two engagements look the same, but most begin the same way — with a conversation and a willingness to listen.

1

Begin the conversation

We start by listening — to what’s moving, what’s stuck, and who’s already in the room.

2

Map the between

Together we surface the relationships, questions, and conditions that shape what’s possible.

3

Design the conditions

We co-create the process, structures, and gatherings that let people find each other and act.

Connect

Begin the conversation.

Whether you’re weaving a network, holding a hard conversation, or navigating a season of change — tell us a little about where you are. We’ll be in touch.
